Cathy R. Nash

Cathy Nash represents Fortune 500 corporations nationally, maintaining an active business and construction litigation practice. She has successfully resolved hundreds of disputes through litigation, arbitration or mediation. Beginning with a deep understanding of complex commercial issues, she effectively resolved conflict while minimizing risk and disruption. Cathy Nash has served as outside General Counsel for Winter Construction, Master Builders, the Harry S. Peterson Company and L.M Scofield Company. She actively engages her clients in the dispute resolution process, developing solid relationships.

Cathy Nash is a 1988 graduate of Cardozo Law of Yeshiva University, New York. She moved to Atlanta the day after graduation and has been a member of the Georgia Bar since 1988. Prior to law school, Cathy Nash attended Rutgers College, the State University of New Jersey, earning her BA in Political Science as a Rutgers Scholar in 1980.

Cathy Nash is admitted to all State and Federal courts in the State of Georgia.

Cathy Nash regularly volunteers in her community, serving as a Docent at the High Museum of Art. Her enthusiasm for the High Museum lead her to Emory University, Laney Graduate School, where she studied Art History. These studies were the perfect complement to her passion for the the arts. In 2015 Cathy Nash was awarded Attorney of the Year for her consistent commitment to the Georgia Lawyers for the Arts. She served on its board of directors until 2018 and has served on the boards of other nonprofits.
